By accessing or using nfluxx (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

nfluxx is a trend intelligence platform that monitors public search and social data to surface emerging signals relevant to your brand. The Service includes keyword tracking, AI-powered analysis, trend reports, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Exceed your plan’s API rate limits through automated means
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Resell access to the Service without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by nfluxx. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your tracked keywords or business data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. nfluxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
